Upon Entry

Nature and Surrounding Area

There are 3 fully stocked lakes.

Fishing by permission only. Barbless and catch and release only.

Wild hogs are far out in the brush.

Heron families nesting with their young.

We have a Gator Guard in the front lake. No feeding or giving him the side eye if you see him. Mainly stays to himself.

Maximum Security Prison

There are 3 legs of the prison with 2 floors in each leg
-
Bridges, stairs and platforms in each leg
-
Twenty-two cells per level and 44 total per leg
-
4 showers per level. No running water
-
One handicap cell to fit a wheelchair.
-
One cell is freshly painted white and green
-
The other 2 legs are in original state
-
Inner guard tower with windows and a working control panel

Storage closets
-
Four large fenced pened areas off the main building that kept guard dogs. This spot has been used in filming to mimic prisoner pens for outdoor activities in confinement.


The H-Buildings

Solid concrete walls.

These were used to house the juvenile offenders.

There are 11 total. Each one would hold 16 youths
-
Most buildings remain intact, while others need work.

It held 16 people per building
-
One person per room
-
Buildings can be repainted and made into a variety of scenes


Perimeter Buildings and Extras
The area surrounding the prison once housed the workers, guards, and the warden. Their children played on the playground, and families parked their RVs nearby. Some of these homes are still in use, but they can be negotiated for production purposes if needed.
