We share your passion for filming and production and are thrilled to have you here. To ensure your experience is both productive and safe, it is imperative that you understand the potential hazards of this set.

This is a decommissioned prison that has not been in use for over a decade. While the facility offers incredible settings, it also presents inherent dangers. Our crew will always be present to guide you and restrict access to unsafe areas.

Important Safety Information

• Some buildings have broken glass, unstable flooring, and missing steps—no not enter without staff.

• The heavy prison doors can lock, but we will always have master keys on hand.

• Expect dust, dirt, missing ceiling tiles, jagged edges and exposed metal—a great atmosphere for filming, but not ideal for a flawless hair day.

• Some buildings are fire-damaged —these should not be entered under any circumstances.

Respecting Nature & Wildlife

• The prison is surrounded by nature, and we strive to respect the local wildlife.

• Do not feed the animals or fish in the lakes without permission. If fishing is allowed, only barbless hooks may be used.

• A resident alligator, Gator Guard, lives in the lake. He may seem friendly, but if he approaches, simply walk away.

Waiver & Final Notes

Upon arrival, you will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with the location. While the facility has hazards, we have never had any incidents.
